About Us Modality Systems is an award-winning technical consulting and software development company focused on Microsoft's Unified Communications technologies - Lync and Skype. We've developed custom software applications and products for a broad range of customers on platforms including Windows and Apple iOS. We have offices in the UK, Germany, the US and Australia. About the Role We're looking for great software engineers who are passionate about building great products. We are serious about high-quality software and we need developers who feel the same way. As a software engineer, you'll be working as an integral part of a small, agile product team in our Norwich. You'll be involved in product releases from planning and design through to release, and will work with product managers, testers and graphic designers to create and extend the innovative products our customers know us for. We're hiring at a range of levels, and your previous experience and future ambitions will drive the parameters of your role and compensation. We are expanding and there's plenty of room for growth within the role and company. About You We're looking for people who: - Are passionate about software quality - Understand the value of great software, and care about our users and their experiences with our products - Thrive in a technically challenging environment - Get as much of a buzz from delivering business value as implementing elegant code - Always have one eye on personal and team efficiency - Are self-directed, smart, methodical, creative and good at problem-solving We are looking for experience in some or all of the following: - Microsoft .NET languages - preferably C# - Version control and ALM solutions, such as Team Foundation Server - ASP.NET MVC, WPF, Silverlight, Azure, JavaScript frameworks - Development of robust, scalable, high-throughput applications and systems - Unified Communications platform like Microsoft OCS/Lync or another SIP-Based platform To apply please click the APPLY button.
